30 day returns

If you change your mind, you can return any item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

How to return an item

1. Contact us through our contact page with your order number and the item you are returning. We will reply with the returns address.
2. Send the item back unused, in its original packaging with any labels still attached.
3. You pay the return postage. We recommend a tracked service, as we cannot refund items that do not reach us.

Your refund

We refund you within 14 days of receiving the item back. The refund goes to your original payment method and includes the standard UK Next Day delivery charge you paid on the order. Pre 12:00 and Pre 10:00 upgrade charges are not refunded.

If an item has been fitted, used or damaged beyond what is needed to check it, we may reduce the refund to reflect that.

Faulty, damaged or wrong items

If your item arrives faulty, damaged or is not what you ordered, contact us and we will cover the return postage and send a replacement or a full refund. This does not affect your statutory rights.
