Product details
AXP skid plates are made from tough High-Density Polyethylene (HDPE) and give your bike light, effective protection for the engine, crankcases and frame against impacts and debris. At 6mm thick, they offer wide coverage and strong durability for motocross, supercross, enduro and adventure riding.
Compared with aluminium, HDPE soaks up impacts without deforming, eliminates vibration and weighs 30 to 40% less, so your ride is quieter and smoother. Many versions include ventilation holes to help cooling, plus shaping that lets the plate slide over obstacles more easily.
