Motoverde Bike Wash is a concentrated cleaner based on a premium blend of biodegradable surfactants. It cleans every part of your bike safely and easily. Although it contains no harsh chemicals, the salt-free formula penetrates deeply to lift ingrained dirt, mud and grime, along with sand and clay stains, and leaves a streak-free finish.

This is a refill, so no empty bottle or trigger comes with it. These are sold separately.

How to use on your bike

• Dilute the product 50/50 with water in a Motoverde 1L Bike Wash bottle you already own.
• Rinse the loose dirt off the bike.
• Apply the Bike Wash and let it soak for 15 to 20 minutes, or 5 minutes if you are short of time. As it is non-aggressive, a longer soak gives better results.
• Work at stubborn dirt with a brush or sponge if needed.
• Rinse off.
• Follow with Motoverde After-Shine for the best finish.

How to use on kit, boots and helmets

• Kit: put at least 250ml of the concentrate in a bucket of warm water and fully submerge your kit. Goggles and straps can go in too. Leave everything to soak overnight.
• Next morning, take out the goggles and straps, rinse them under a tap until no product remains and let them air dry.
• Lay trousers flat on the floor and scrub the bottom area with a sweeping brush so the worst of the dirt comes loose, then put them straight in the washing machine along with your kit top.
• Wash at 30 degrees on a normal or sports cycle. Once the cycle ends, your kit should be cleaner than you have seen it since you bought it.
• Boots and helmets: spray the diluted product all over, leave for 15 minutes, use a brush or sponge where needed, then rinse off.

Health and safety

• Ingredients: amphoteric, anionic and non-ionic surfactants <10%, benzisothiazoline (declared under Regulation (EC) No. 648/2004).
• Allergens: 1,2-benzisothiazolin-3-one is present and may cause an allergic reaction.
• Store away from direct sunlight in a cool, dry place. Keep out of reach of children.
• Warning: causes serious eye irritation. Wear protective gloves plus eye and face protection, and wash your hands thoroughly after handling.
• If in eyes: for several minutes, rinse cautiously with water. Take out contact lenses, if worn and easy to do, and keep rinsing. Seek medical attention if eye irritation persists.
