The Oakley BXTR Metal is a lifestyle shield sunglass that pays tribute to Baxter Street, a popular Los Angeles skate spot known for the same style and authenticity this frame brings. Oakley's designers worked alongside friends of the brand to arrive at a fresh take on everyday eyewear.
The updated trigger stem takes its cue from the original Oakley Razor Blade, and it is made from metal as a tribute to the very first Oakley sunglass prototype, which was built from a goggle lens and a wire coat hanger. A BiO-Matter frame keeps things light, durable and comfortable to wear all day, while Unobtainium nosepads add extra grip to help them stay put on your face.
