A Quad Lock Flat Rectangle Base lets you fix your mount securely to a flat surface. It comes in two versions, a 2 hole base and a 4 hole base, and either one can be mounted vertically, diagonally or horizontally.

Both follow the universal AMPS hole spacing standard, and their holes take 10G or M5 countersunk fasteners. On the 4 hole base, put a screw in all four holes for the strongest connection. A 10mm spacer and two screws are supplied, so you can attach a Quad Lock 360 Head or Arm to the spacer. Please note that screws for fixing the base to your chosen surface are not supplied.
