Product details

RFX Pro Series disc guards shield your brake disc from rocks and roost that would otherwise damage it. The mount also takes the place of the wheel spacer, which makes wheel changes quicker, and the design still lets air reach the calliper to keep it cool for better braking. Oversize discs can be run with it.

Fitting instructions

• Take off the OEM disc guard and the spindle nut, then slacken the spindle pinch bolts.
• Pull out the spindle and take the front wheel out.
• Remove the wheel spacer on the disc side and fit the new disc cover and mount in its place.
• Put the wheel back in, carefully guiding the disc into the calliper.
• Slide the spindle back in and do up the spindle nut.
• With the bike standing on the ground and the front brake held on, push down on the forks so the front wheel lines up.
• Tighten the pinch bolts and the spindle nut.
