Product details

RFX Pro Series F8 Taper Bars have been designed and tested to give you top-level performance and durability.

They are made from 7075-T6 aluminium and use Oversize Taper Extension (OTE) for excellent strength and crash resistance. Progressive Damping Control (PDC) and Engineered Flex Technology (EFT) work together to balance flex against vibration reduction, helping to reduce rider fatigue.

Technology

• Original cross brace design: the F8 keeps a traditional cross brace, giving a firmer feel than the F7. Many expert and professional racers choose it for that reason.
• OTE: the 28.6mm oversize centre section is carried on past the final bend, strengthening the bar at its weakest points. A consistent 5mm wall thickness gives outstanding strength while keeping weight down.
• EFT: the rise and taper sections have a 5mm inner wall, which softens the jolt from impacts, improving front-end feel and your confidence, while the cross brace adds extra rigidity.
• PDC: the grip area uses a 5.3mm wall thickness that soaks up vibration, set up for what modern high-performance four-stroke motocross bikes demand.
