Built to give the serious racer every possible advantage, this RS-12 titanium full system suits the KTM SX-F Factory Edition (2022.5) and SX-F 450 (2023), along with the Husqvarna FC450 Rockstar Edition (2022.5) and FC450 (2023).

Yoshimura started work as early as it could, aiming for a system that would not just outperform the standard exhaust but also make these new 450s easier to control and better connected. Days of dyno work and rider testing put the RS-12 Signature Series exactly where it needed to be, with plenty of punch for both 450cc European machines. Weight is kept low too, as the system tips the scales at just 8.1 lbs.

It is the first Yoshimura production motocross exhaust with a resonator on both the header and the silencer. The header resonator frees up bottom and midrange power, adding performance to the Austrian bikes while giving the rider a stronger connection. Peak horsepower rises by 5.9% and maximum torque by 6.9%.
