Built on the same critical elements as the industry leading Formula Carbon, the Formula CC is designed to give you total head protection. At its heart is the Adaptive Impact System (AIS), which pairs structural design with energy mitigating materials such as the viscoelastic RHEON, tuned to handle impacts much better than a traditional helmet.

The helmet was developed together with leading experts in helmet safety and tested under strict scientific review to go beyond ECE and DOT standards, protecting you across a wider range of impacts.

• ECE, DOT and ACU approved.
• Tri-weave composite shell: carbon fibre, DuPont Kevlar and fibreglass combine to make a light shell with superior resistance to penetration.
• RHEON Impact Energy Cells: built to absorb as much energy as possible from low speed linear and rotational impacts, cutting the forces that reach the brain.
• Conehead EPS technology: a softer liner in which the cones absorb and manage impact forces more efficiently, with six critical zones tuned to respond progressively to both low and high speed impacts.
• Expanded volume EPS: key areas of the helmet carry more impact absorbing EPS, putting more cushioning between you and the ground.
• Chin bar: made from EPP (expanded polypropylene), chosen for its excellent damage resistance and energy absorption, adding a further layer of impact mitigation.
• Clavicle relief zone: a soft area of the shell filled with EPS and EPP helps reduce clavicle injuries.
• Custom moulded rubber trim with a built-in nose guard.
• Stainless steel D-rings and lightweight custom visor screws.
• Washable comfort liner and cheek pads: the liner and quick release cheek pads use moisture wicking, anti-microbial material that can be washed.
• True Functional Ventilation (TFV): as you ride, air is driven in through several intake vents, travels along aligned channels in the EPS and leaves through several exhaust vents at the rear.
