This FLY Racing carbon helmet brings FLY SMART™ Intelligent Telemetry by Quin® together with a protective Adaptive Impact System. Scientific-grade sensors monitor data in real time, pick up a crash the instant it happens, log the impact data and let your emergency contacts know. With an APEX subscription, emergency services are sent to you automatically, and the SOS Beacon lets you summon help with five taps on the helmet.

Adaptive Impact System (AIS)

• Expanded Polypropylene (EPP) chin bar: boosts impact mitigation, with superior resistance to damage and strong energy absorption
• 12K carbon fibre shell: very light, with superior resistance to penetration
• Impact Energy Cells (RHEON): absorb low-speed linear and rotational impacts to cut the force reaching the brain
• Expanded Volume EPS: extra impact-absorbing material in key areas for more head protection
• Conehead® EPS technology: uses a softer liner with carefully placed cones that manage and soak up impact energy, with six critical zones giving a progressive response to low and high-speed impacts
• Custom moulded rubber trim: with a built-in nose guard
• Clavicle Shell Relief Zone: a soft area using EPS and EPP that helps lower the risk of clavicle injuries
• Comfort liner and cheek pads: washable, moisture-wicking, anti-microbial material, with quick-release cheek pads

Ventilation

• True Functional Ventilation (TFV): as you ride, air is pushed in through several intake vents, flows through channels in the EPS and leaves by the rear exhaust vents
