The Metzeler MCE 6 Days Extreme is an enduro competition tyre. Its knobs are laid out and shaped with sharp edges to find exceptional grip on every kind of terrain and in any race setting. On the rear sizes, a smooth contour design puts more knobs inside the footprint, which boosts traction and helps the tyre resist wear.

Enduro events often cover many different surfaces, so the tyre uses a high-resistance carcass material with excellent damping. That gives you a versatile, predictable tyre with consistent feedback whatever the conditions.

Hard, Soft and Supersoft versions

Metzeler offers dedicated versions for harder terrain, extreme enduro and indoor racing:

• Hard: a special compound using high-performance carbon black and special polymers for excellent resistance to cuts and tears on harder ground
• Soft: a mix of polymers, fillers and plasticisers for better grip, versatility on different surfaces and long life
• Supersoft: a higher share of plasticisers produces an ultra-soft rubber for maximum grip on the toughest technical sections, although this extra grip comes at the cost of reduced durability
