This Venhill stainless braided brake hose belongs to the Powerhose Plus / Quick Build system. It pairs a PTFE (Teflon) inner core with a marine grade stainless steel braid and comes as bare hose, without the outer PVC sleeve. That means you or your technician can make up brake lines to a custom length using separate Venhill fittings, for a lightweight, minimalist hydraulic run that stays flexible and offers superior pressure integrity.
Key features
- PTFE core with a smooth bore: the DuPont® Teflon® liner stands up to heat, holds a consistent internal diameter and helps fluid flow more efficiently.
- Precision manufacturing in-house: every hose is pressure tested at the factory, routinely at up to 1,500 psi, with random high pressure tests at up to 10,000 psi to assure quality.
- Bare hose with no protective jacket: supplied without a PVC covering so it suits custom builds. Where the hose is exposed, you may need to add external protection against abrasion.
