The Yoshimura RS-12 full exhaust system for the Suzuki RM-Z250 is the result of more than three years of development and testing, carried out with talented factory sponsored athletes, technicians and dedicated engineers. Every detail has been thought through, from the matte carbon fibre end cap with inlaid decals to the precisely machined joints.

• The asymmetric RS-12 profile maximises silencer volume, which helps control sound, adds power and gives more clearance for the tyre and brake calliper.
• Better performance, lower weight and improved fit compared with the previous generation design.
• Precision machined joints, as used on the works systems of Yoshimura's factory racers, seal the two surfaces with full 360 degree contact. The result is a more exact fit, longer system life and better performance.
• Works-look matte carbon fibre end cap with detailed, innovative design touches.
• The carbon end cap covers an inner cap mounted design, which is more durable and easier to service than the sandwich mounting designs commonly used elsewhere in the industry.
• A new Precision Taper Fit (PTF) insert ring, patent pending, lets you fit and remove sound inserts and spark arresters with ease.
• The tapered silencer body inlet allows the system to sit further forward, helping to centralise weight without losing performance.
• Full system weight of 8.5 lbs, compared with 8.7 lbs for the standard system.
• Repack kits, along with optional inserts and spark arresters, are made for every model.
